Reporting a problem

These details can help us understand what happened:

• Your LinkLuma version, if you have the app, and your Windows version.
• Whether you were using Ethernet or Wi-Fi, and which widget or graph view was open.
• What you did, what you expected, and what you saw instead.
• A screenshot if it helps. Hide personal information before sending it.

If the issue involves a speed test, say whether it failed before or during download or upload. Please do not send passwords or private network credentials.
